Step 1: confirm your employer is in the Anthropic Partner Network
The CCA-F is gated through the Anthropic Partner Network, which Anthropic announced 2026-03-12 alongside a $100M commitment to partner-led delivery. The named launch partners are global systems integrators. If your employer is listed, your work email triggers an attestation flow on Skilljar. If your employer is not listed, you cannot register today and the path is to wait for general access. We do not publish workarounds; bypassing the eligibility gate violates the Partner Agreement.

Anthropic announced more partners would be added. The canonical check is the official partner-network page at anthropic.com/news/claude-partner-network ↗. Watch your corporate-internal channels (engineering portal, learning team, partner-program announcements) - your employer may have added Anthropic to the eligible-vendor list without it being publicly visible.
Step 2: complete the Skilljar attestation form
Skilljar is Anthropic Academy's LMS at anthropic.skilljar.com. The attestation is a short form gating access to the CCA-F enrollment. Field-by-field:
- Email - must be a corporate domain (see the trap below). Personal addresses are rejected.
- Full name - appears on the certificate. Use your professional name as you want it cited on LinkedIn.
- Company name - must match the email domain.
company.comaddress withOther Inc.in the company field flags a manual review and slows you down. - Role / title - free-text. Anthropic does not require a specific title;
Solutions Architect,Senior Engineer, orAI Leadare all fine. - Country - informational; affects nothing on the exam itself but appears on the verified certificate.
- Acknowledgement of partner agreement - checkbox. Do not skip; submission fails silently if unchecked in some browsers.
Submission triggers an entitlement email within 1-3 business hours typically; allow up to 1 business day. If it does not arrive, check spam, then contact Skilljar support via the in-app chat.
Step 3: avoid the corporate-domain trap
The single most common rejection reason during the beta cohort. Skilljar matches the email domain literally against an allowlist. The trap is not configurable and the support workaround is slow.
- Personal addresses (
@gmail.com,@outlook.com,@yahoo.com) are systematically rejected by Skilljar attestation as `not a valid company`. - Aliases that forward to a corporate inbox still need the canonical corporate domain on the form. Skilljar matches the literal domain string against an allowlist.
- Contractor / consultant arrangements: use the contracting employer's corporate domain if they're a partner. Otherwise wait for general access.
- Domain spoofing (registering a lookalike) is a violation of the Anthropic Partner Agreement. Don't do it.
You will see not a valid companyas the message. Re-submit using your corporate-domain email. The form does not let you edit a rejected submission; you have to start fresh. If the corporate domain is also rejected, the most likely cause is your employer is not yet on the partner allowlist. Contact your employer's learning or partner-program team to verify status before re-submitting.
Step 4: schedule within the 30-day window
Once you receive entitlement, the actual exam-scheduling link has a finite window. Beta-cohort reports converge on 30 days. Treat this as your scheduling deadline; rebooking after expiry requires a support contact and the cycle adds a week.
Step 5: cost structure
Pricing is tagged 🟠 Community-Reported because there is no fetchable Anthropic pricing page. Synthesized across the beta cohort and partner-network announcement:
- 🟠 $99 per attempt post general-launch.
- 🟠 First 5,000 partner-employee seats free. If your employer was an early-cohort partner, your seat may be subsidized.
- 🟠 Recertification is reportedly free for the first attempt; subsequent recerts likely $99. Not officially confirmed.
- 🟢 Standard certificate validity is 6 months (not 2 years; the 2-year claim is LLM-hallucinated and widespread on competitor sites). The Early Adopter badge for the beta cohort has no expiration.
Step 6: what to expect after submit
Two timelines collide here. Anthropic's guide says certificates land in 2 business days. The community-reported reality is consistently 7-10 business days. The scaled score itself is visible at submit; it's the credential PDF and verifiable URL that take longer.
Pre-submit checklist
- I confirmed my employer is in the Anthropic Partner Network (named partner OR corporate-internal confirmation).
- I am submitting from a corporate-domain email, not personal.
- My company name on the form matches the email domain.
- I checked the partner-agreement acknowledgement box.
- I have a 30-day window cleared on my calendar to sit the exam after entitlement arrives.
- I have read the day-of checklist and confirmed my room + browser meet proctoring requirements.
Can Independents Register? Not Yet - the Exam Is Gated Until General Access
At launch the CCA-F exam is gated through the Anthropic Partner Network. Registration runs through a Skilljar attestation that checks your work-email domain against a partner allowlist (see Step 2 and the partner-network gate above). If your employer is an Anthropic partner, you register with your corporate email; if not, you currently cannot register and the path is to wait for general access, which Anthropic has signalled will widen eligibility over time. We do not publish workarounds - bypassing the gate violates the Partner Agreement.
Don't confuse two different things. Using this site (Claude Architect Certification Prep) - every guide, concept, scenario, and practice test - is completely free and open to everyone, with no Partner Network affiliation required. That is separate from registering for Anthropic's official exam, which is the gated step described here. Free, open prep is not the same as open exam registration.
- 🟡 Exam access is currently gated - if your employer is not an Anthropic partner, you cannot register today; wait for general access.
- 🟠 Personal-email rejection at attestation is the gate working as intended right now, not a bug. Expect general-access to widen as the program matures.
- 🟢 This prep site is 100% free and open to everyone, independents included - the gate is on Anthropic's exam, never on our study materials.
- 🟠 The $99 fee applies once you are eligible to register; the first 5,000 partner-employee seats were reported free at launch.
