Confirm your partner-network access
The CCD-F has no prerequisite courses, exams, or prior experience requirements - the credential is awarded on exam performance alone. Registration is through the Anthropic Partner Network (on the Anthropic Partner Academy) and requires partner-network access; you then schedule your proctored session with Pearson VUE. Review the steps below before you book.
Register for the CCD-F
Through the Anthropic Partner Network, go to the CCD-F certification page on the Anthropic Partner Academy (partner-network access is required), review the exam guide and terms, register and complete checkout (the fee reflects your partner-tier discount), then use the confirmation instructions to create a Pearson VUE account and schedule your session - online-proctored or a test center. The CCD-F lists no prerequisite courses or exams to complete first.
Match your registration to your photo ID
A valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID. The name on your ID must match the name on your registration exactly - a mismatch is the most common day-of registration snag across all four Claude certifications.
Leave at least 24 hours to reschedule
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise the $125 exam fee is forfeited.
What it costs
List prices and validity come from Anthropic's four exam guides, version 1.0, effective July 2026. Eligible partner cohorts may receive a fully covered exam attempt.

Retake policy · checked 2026-09-11: Up to four attempts are allowed in a rolling 12-month period. Wait 14 days after the first failed attempt, 30 days after the second and 90 days after the third. The list fee applies to each attempt.
What to expect after the exam
You see pass/fail and your scaled score (out of 1000) at submit. The cut is 720. You'll also see percent-correct broken down by domain, though that breakdown itself doesn't determine pass/fail.
